New Moms

Lyon knows that most people are not cut out to be elite athletes. However, he encourages all new moms to get started, with just walking and doing basic core exercises.

Some of his beginner-level clients have gone on to compete in marathons, and even triathlons. Whatever your goals are, he’ll work a plan into your family’s busy schedule and design a program incorporating disciplines such as walking, running, pilates, yoga, swimming, and more. Go moms! And, yes – he can help you get back to pre-pregnancy weight, but within a realistic and healthy timeframe only.
